A wedding isn’t a staged event or something to perform for the camera.

It’s a deeply personal day, shared with the people you love most — full of emotion, energy and moments that can’t be repeated.

My approach is built around that understanding.

I work in a documentary way — calm, observant and unobtrusive — allowing the day to unfold naturally while quietly ensuring everything important is captured.

Just genuine interactions, honest emotion and the atmosphere as it truly was.

Before the wedding, we take the time to talk properly. Not just about timings but about the people, the atmosphere and what really matters to you.

By the time the day arrives, I’m not a stranger with a camera — I’m someone you’re comfortable having around.

On the big day, I keep things relaxed. I know most people don’t feel naturally confident being photographed, so I focus on making it easy. A bit of humour, clear guidance when it’s needed, and then space for you to get on with enjoying your day. I’ll step in when something needs organising, but I won’t turn your wedding into a photoshoot.

What you receive is a set of images that feel real and complete — the big moments, the small reactions, and everything in between.

It’s never lost on me that being invited to photograph a wedding is a position of trust. I approach it with care, professionalism and a genuine appreciation for how important the day is.
